Hello, my name is Rodrigo Garcia and I am from Denver Colorado. I like to play soccer and other sports such as basketball and football. So far I believe that I want to major in Electrical Computer Engineering and really like my classes so far. North Carolina has been a very big change for me in terms of weather and over all city life. Denver is much bigger and over all busier than Durham, yet I have enjoyed the change of pace. The humidity has been very different and took a little to get accustomed to as well as getting used to the cold . I strongly believe the same degree of temperature feels a lot different in different humidities.
I do not feel like I have had an extensive background in English as I did not take many advanced classes for English in high school. However, I have always enjoyed sitting down and typing about a very interesting topic which often changes from time to time. I believe I will really enjoy this class and writing in general during this semester considering my avid love for Disney.
As a kid I always loved watching Disney movies and was always up to date with the new movies which kept coming out . I have to admit , however, I have not watched many of the older movies which came out before I was born. Now that marvel is owned by Disney, my interest for Disney has just been doubled. I have watched every marvel movie and am really excited about the direction that marvel takes the franchise going into phase 4 and can't wait for Avengers 4 to see what unfolds next.
